Refund policy

At Chika Collection, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different products.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the product to request a return.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.

Refunds for eligible orders will be processed after the returned product is received and verified.

Products that are used, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is shipped.
